Our LDS ward puts on an annual Easter breakfast each year that the entire neighborhood is invited to attend. The food is great, the kids love the egg hunt and it's LOADS of fun to get out and mingle with your neighbors!
I was asked to put together the flyers that will be passed around so this is what I came up with:
Here's a blank one in case you need something for your upcoming Easter party:
Download the blank document HERE (PDF) or HERE (JPEG). The font I used for the body is Copperplate Gothic Light and the cursive font in the header is Carolina. The document prints as an 8.5 x 11 (so on a full sheet of paper).
To make smaller size flyers, I modified my original version to fit 4 to a page. We make over 400 flyers (so 100 copies that are cut out) and pass them out to each house in our neighborhood. The plan is to print these as black and white on pastel paper. The full page flyer will be printed on white paper and in color, then hung around the neighborhood and at church - probably as a larger document than a full sheet of paper.
